Privacy Policy
This policy applies to https://vjm.dev (the “Site”) and to the VJM Platform application (“VJM Platform”) operated by Vince Montalbano. It describes what personal and Google account data is collected or accessed, how it is used, stored, shared, and protected, and how to exercise deletion and revocation rights.
The Site
The Site is a static informational website that describes VJM Platform. It does not collect, store, or process personal information, and it does not set cookies or use analytics or advertising trackers.
The Site is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes standard technical request data — such as IP address, user agent, and requested URL — to serve content and protect against abuse. That processing is governed by Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Gmail MCP Server — VJM Platform
VJM Platform is a personal application operated by Vince Montalbano that connects his AI agents to his own Gmail account using Google's remote Gmail MCP server (gmailmcp.googleapis.com). This section describes how VJM Platform handles Google account data.
Data accessed
- gmail.readonly — search and read mail threads, messages, and labels in the owner's Google account.
- gmail.compose — create draft messages only. VJM Platform does not send mail.
- Basic Google account information (name and email address), shown on the consent screen.
How the data is used
Google account data is used only to operate the Gmail MCP tools on behalf of the owner's own AI agents (OpenWebUI, Claude, and Antigravity) for personal and internal purposes. VJM Platform does not use the data for advertising, does not sell or license the data, and does not use it for any purpose other than operating those tools.
Storage
VJM Platform does not store Google account data. All mail data remains in the owner's Google account and is accessed on demand through the Gmail API.
Sharing
VJM Platform does not transfer, disclose, or share Google account data with any third party for any purpose.
Security
Access is granted through OAuth 2.0 and is limited to the scopes listed above. All communication with Google is encrypted in transit using TLS. VJM Platform inherits the data governance, audit, and security controls that Google applies to the Gmail API.
Retention and deletion
Because VJM Platform stores no Google account data, there is nothing retained on the app side. Access can be revoked at any time by the account owner atmyaccount.google.com/permissions. To request deletion of any remaining data or to have access fully revoked, contact [email protected] and the request will be honored promptly.
Use of data for AI/ML models
Google Workspace API data accessed by VJM Platform will not be used to develop, improve, or train non-personalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
